One-on-one Personal Training


Our One-On-One Personal Training program is designed to provide our members with an individualized program based on your needs which will help you achieve your goals.

Twenty-four hour cancellation notice is needed on all private training.  If the client does not do so, they will be-charged for that session.




Video One-on-One Training


Workout out wherever you are with in real time with a personal coach. All you need is internet access and a web cam. Video training is great for the business man or woman who is always traveling, the person who doesn't feel comfortable in the gym, the stay at home parent or college student who can't get out.

  • An individualized fitness program specifically designed for you
  • An efficient workout program with innovative ways to improve your health
  • Professional assistance in improving strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health
  • Instruction on correct form and technique for cardiovascular exercise and strength training.

Boot-CAMPs


Strength in numbers. Designed to add variety and keep things FUN. All outdoor workouts will begin with a warm-up followed by dynamic stretching.


Specific muscle groups will be focused on, but for optimum results plan on a full body workout for total body toning complete with the use of functional training equipment and your own body weight (sometimes your partners).


High energy relay races, heart pumping cardio respiratory drills, interval based calisthenics, obstacle courses, circuit training, and plyometrics,  are a given to reduce body fat and increase speed, agility, coordination and stamina.

Boot-Camps Times and Days:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6am and 9am.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6pm.
